Glenn is a graduate of the University of Western Australia in Perth, Australia and is currently based in London, UK.  Glenn’s broad ability in the musical field has allowed him to work in a professional capacity throughout his career as Musical Director, Vocal Director, Conductor, Pianist, Accompanist, Arranger, Producer and Tutor.

Glenn was the inaugural conductor of Chicago: the Musical onboard the world’s largest cruise vessel, Royal Caribbean International’s Allure of the Seas.

Celebrity Cruises flew Glenn to Sydney and Melbourne as a Vocal Director in February, 2016 to sit on the audition panel and help find Australian vocal talent for their nine ships.  Glenn was also the onboard Musical Supervisor of a brand new show Pearl that premiered onboard Celebrity Silhouette in August, 2016.  His vocal arrangements can also be heard throughout Pearl.

Glenn has a continued association with Imagine Theatre, one of the UK’s leading pantomime producers and has been Musical Director for Dick Whittington (2016 – Belgrade Theatre), Beauty and the Beast (2015 – Belgrade Theatre), Jack and the Beanstalk (2013 – Hexagon Theatre) and Sleeping Beauty (2012 – Belgrade Theatre).

Glenn has been a Musical Director for Headliners Theatre Company in Southampton, the in-house production company of P&O Cruises (UK), were they train all singers & dancers before their contract onboard any of their fleet of 6 ships.

Glenn was Assistant Musical Director on the European tour of Grease das Musical (2012) visiting cities in Germany, Austraia and Switzerland.

Glenn is a highly sought after Audition Pianist within the UK with international companies like Celebrity Cruises, AIDA Cruises, Princess Cruises and Carnival Cruises requesting his services.

Glenn was Producer, Arranger, Musical Director and Pianist on Amanda Poulson’s debut album, Finding Wonderland, working with award winning engineer Mike Zirkel.

Before his relocation to London, Glenn was Musical Director and Pianist for numerous Cabarets at Perth’s leading Cabaret venue, Downstairs at The Maj, as well as a Guest Musical Director and Tutor at Perth’s leading arts college, John Curtin College of the Arts.  Glenn was a finalist in the West Australian Youth Awards in the Youth Achievement Award category in 2002.  He also received a grant from ArtsWA to attend the London Conducting Workshops in 2008, where 16 handpicked students work with tutors John Farrer (Musical Director – Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra) and Neil Thomson (former Professor of Conducting – Royal College of Music) conducting a professional orchestra.
